I love capturing life in a way that not only is the image recorded but the passion and soul of the image that is portrayed. Since I was a little girl making art with my Mom, I have loved pretty, shiny things! Photography was a natural fit and a focus through Fine Art training in High School and College. My dad says it’s his fault since he photographed weddings in black and white all those years ago…

I am blessed to live in one of the most beautiful cities on earth! Charleston is a natural canvas for event and fine art photography. Whether you need a photo to remind you of the beauty of our marsh or a coffee table book of your historic property or maybe a huge canvas of the love in your eyes when he says “I Do” I am ready to capture and share with you. I also love to travel around the world, recording amazing places, events and scenes. Where would you like to go?

I enjoy working with other great artists in our historic city and most of all I live for the new relationships and friends I’ve made through photography. I enjoy getting to know my clients, helping them feel comfortable then make beautiful art with their events, places and friends. When you are happy it shows in your pictures and I love when that happens!

When searching for your photographer, keep in mind that when your wedding or event is all said and done, no one is going to remember what you ate or what music was played, they are going to remember what they see in your spectacular photographs. If you fall in love with a certain photographer’s style, but think their rates are steep, remember that your photographer should constitute a substantial amount of your budget. Remember you are documenting one of the most important days of your life! Hire someone you can trust to make the day extra special!

My style is capturing the “soul” in the photographs… when you view my galleries you can relate, connect and feel a part of the event that I was photographing.
